Jade (real name David Alejandro Pascual Argueta) (born January 7, 1998 [age 27]) formally known as Shantaly Shy, ValdroxX Studios, Crystali & Zafiro, Cristali & Zafiro Toon!, or Cristali, is a Guatemalan YouTuber who is an animator. He is hated by the art, animation and even Rule 34 community for being accused of tracing art without giving credit to the original artists, pedophilic acts towards girls under 18, and making a profit off of stolen artwork. He got arrested on April 11th shortly after PeachyCub told her parents of what he did to her, he is currently being investigated by the Guatemalan police.

Why He's So Atrocious

1. He traces artwork from different YouTubers such as Rossali, Wolfychu, Stariaat, and makes a profit off of the tracing he did.
2. As mentioned before, he's a pedophile, as he only does art to lure in little girls so he can do pedophilic things to them when he has a good relationship with them
3. He's very manipulative, he blatantly lies to his fans to think he's the good guy.
4. He obviously can't take criticism at all. As he deletes comments that expose him
5. Like Mr. A.T Andrei Thomas, he's very unoriginal.
6. Much like DaddyOFive, he plays the victim card and tries to look innocent when he gets caught.
7. His "animations" look very stiff and lazy because of the tracing and lack of fluid animation (he uses image manipulation very badly).
8. He literally sent Rossali NSFW of her OC on her Deviantart, which counts as harrasment. ^{[citation needed]}
9. He has a habit of putting satanic and disturbing messages in his animation memes, for example, his Пока Лена Проблем Meme has satanic and disturbing pictures in the background, like the Illuminati and some sort of demon, which can be too frightening for his younger viewers.
10. Speaking of lying to his fans, he also pretends to be a teenage girl when there's already proof obviously shows he's an adult male.

16. He obviously uses sub bots, which explains why he gets so many subscribers despite the controversy and the terrible things he has done.

19. He claims that he is "Family Friendly", but his videos are very inappropriate and ignores the fact that there are young children watching his videos.
20. He keeps changing his nationality (from Guatemalan, Spaniard, American, British, and now Chinese), nonstop, resulting him having lies from his multi-nationality nonsense.

23. To make matters worse, he was recently caught for asking 3 minors for nudes, one (who is called PeachyCubs) of which unfortunately got manipulated to send Shantaly explicit images of themselves and got a hold of child pornography of the 14 year minor.
24. People also told Peachy that he posted the nudes on his Patreon and that Shantally asked for Peachy's ID to try to traffic her.

27. His new OC Jade is poorly designed, such as having a large forehead, and to having ears that are way too big for her. Even Shantaly's way of drawing anatomy for her is terrible.

35. He lied to his fans that he is moving to Canada so he can hide from the police.
36. He says that he and his fans are a "family", but in reality, he never cared about his fans, he only uses them for fame, money, and manipulating them to believe his lies.
37. He manipulated YouTube to bring his channel back after he said on Twitter that he lied that he was going to commit suicide that his channel is terminated
38. He gives any video that exposes him False Copyright Strikes with little to no reason even though it is Fair Use which is against YouTube's Terms of Service. An example of this is Nawnii's video she made on him about putting him on Dr. Phil and his former girlfriend TemperFlash coming out to tell her side of her story.
39. Speaking of Nawnii, he recently leaked Nawnii's email so he can send his fans to harass her. Not only Jade is encouraging his fans to cyber-bully and witch-hunt Nawnii, his fans are also supporting him and doing what he says which shows more evidence that he uses his fans for harassment. Fortunately, she got many support messages from her followers and fans and got very little hate emails (possibly from Jade).
40. He is abusing his power on his Amino so he can encourage his fans there to harass Nawnii as well.
41. He only credits the original artist if the art if he likes it, if he doesn't, he doesn't credit the original artist, leaving the the original artist forgotten.
42. His OC's Jade, Crystali, and Zafiro are bland, one-dimensional characters that are easily forgettable. That's why he made a terribly written fanfiction for them because he thinks that giving his 3 OC's character development can make people "forget about his pedophilic acts" which is a terrible excuse to hide the drama he started.
43. His description is laughably bad because it is full of broken English. Just look at it: "Cute entertainment, animations with cute girls, Cristali & Zafiro the pretty sisters, shorts, short skirts, cute clothes adjusted for animations. Animate Rotoscoping"
44. He says that evidence against him is fake or photo-shopped even though it is legit PROOF.
45. He calls the people he likes including TemperFlash his "amiibos" which is very disturbing.
46. On April 10th, he gave Nawnii another false copyright strike which gives Nawnii a point that he is abusing the YouTube Copyright Strike system, forcing her to stop making videos on him.
47. The only reason why Nawnii stopped making videos on him because he blackmailed her. Fortunately, Nawnii lied about not making videos on him after he got arrested two hours after she made the video saying that she won't talk about Crystali anymore.
48. On April 13th, he was out of bail which meant he was released then. Fortunately, he can't use any electronics communication, so if he is caught with any electronics, he is going back to jail. Just because he is getting out of jail, he is still going to trial (because the police are still investigating his electronic devices).
49. People are trying to claim his OCs as theirs when his OCs are very controversial due to being used to lure in girls that were under 18 years old, either teenage or underaged, for pornographic acts Jade has committed.
50. He has the ability to obtain the email addresses of people he hates, like how he leaked Nawnii's email address.
